Copyright & License Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This page explains who owns what: the software you buy from us, the code we write for you, and the content of this website.
Our ready-made software is licensed, not sold
When you buy our software you get a license to use it โ you do not buy the software itself. Your license lets you:
- install and use the software on the number of devices your plan allows;
- use it for your own work and your own business, including for your clients;
- receive the updates included in your plan.
What you may not do
- share, sell, rent or give away your license key, or let others use it beyond your device limit;
- copy, resell or redistribute the software;
- crack, bypass or tamper with the license check, or reverse engineer or modify the software, except where the law allows it;
- use the software to break the law or the rules of the platforms it works with.
Breaking these rules may lead to your license being suspended or cancelled without a refund.
How licenses work
- Licenses may be a trial, monthly, yearly, lifetime or custom plan, as shown when you buy.
- The software checks its license with our server over the internet from time to time. A license works on a limited number of devices; you can move it to a new device within the limits of your plan.
- A trial, monthly or yearly license stops working when it ends unless it is renewed. A lifetime license does not expire, but the software may need a working internet connection to confirm it.
Custom projects: who owns the code
- When a custom project is paid in full, you own the code we wrote specifically for you, unless we agreed otherwise.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, libraries and know-how that existed before your project or are used across projects; you receive a permanent license to use them as part of what we delivered.
- Open-source components stay under their own licenses.
- We may mention that we worked with you, without sharing confidential details, unless you ask us not to.
