This policy explains what personal data AutomatFlows collects when you use this website, contact us, order a project or use our software — and what we do with it.

Who we are

AutomatFlows builds custom automation and software and sells ready-made software. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Enquiries and orders: the details you type into our contact, order and landing-page forms — such as your name, email, company, phone number if you give it, and your project description.
Technical data for security: your IP address and browser information when you submit a form, used to stop spam and abuse.
Payments: the amount, currency, method and the reference numbers of your payment. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose (for example bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, Payoneer, PayPal or Stripe); we do not receive or store your card number, wallet PIN or bank login details.
Software licenses: when you activate our software we store your license, a one-way hashed identifier of your device (not your files or personal content), the device name you see in the app, your IP address, and when the license was last checked. This is needed to enforce the number of devices your license allows.
Messages to our social media accounts: if you comment on or message our own social media pages, we receive what you wrote through that platform.
Emails: the emails you send us and our replies.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver projects and provide support.
To process payments, issue invoices, and deliver and verify software licenses.
To follow up on an enquiry you sent us. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To keep the website and our software secure and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal data.

AI-assisted replies

We use AI services to help us sort enquiries and draft replies. The text of your enquiry or message may be sent to the AI provider we use (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or DeepSeek) to produce a draft. A person at AutomatFlows reviews every reply before it is sent to you.

Who else processes your data

We share data only with the services we need to run our business:

our web hosting and email providers;
payment providers, for the payments you make;
AI providers, as described above;
Telegram, which we use to receive internal notifications about new enquiries and orders;
on our landing pages, analytics and advertising services (see our Cookie Policy).

Some of these providers are located outside Bangladesh, so your data may be processed in other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to work with you and for our business and accounting records. License records are kept while the license exists. Form spam-protection data and analytics data are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below. Some records (for example invoices) may have to be kept for legal reasons. Every marketing email from us includes an unsubscribe link.
