Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and software, contact us and place orders. Do not misuse it — for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through our forms, or copying its content for your own site.

Custom projects

• Sending our order or contact form is a request for a quote, not a binding agreement.
• A project starts only when we have both agreed the scope, timeline and price in writing (email or message is fine).
• Where an advance payment is needed, we ask for it only after that agreement.
• Changes to the agreed scope may change the price and timeline; we will agree them with you first.
• You are responsible for having the right to automate the websites, apps and accounts involved, and for following their rules.

Ready-made software

Our software is licensed to you, not sold. How you may use it — including the number of devices — is set out in our Copyright & License Policy and in the plan you buy.

Payments

Prices are shown on the product page or in your quote or invoice. Payments are made through the payment methods we offer; the payment provider's own terms also apply. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use our software or anything we build for you to break the law, send spam, create fake accounts or fake engagement, collect personal data without a lawful basis, or break the rules of the platforms you use. We may refuse or stop work, and suspend licenses, that are used this way.

No guarantees of results

We build carefully and fix problems that fall within what we agreed or support, but we cannot guarantee particular business results — such as revenue, rankings or reach — or that third-party websites, apps and APIs will not change in ways that affect an automation.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, AutomatFlows is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or data), and our total liability for a project or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order or buy is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
