SMTP Command Center
Send email campaigns through your own SMTP accounts — with rotation, limits, tracking and inbox checks
SMTP Command Center is a Windows desktop app for sending email campaigns through your own SMTP accounts. It rotates between accounts, respects each one's limits, retries failed messages, tracks opens and clicks on your own server, checks whether test copies land in the inbox or spam, and shows every send in logs and reports.

Overview
SMTP Command Center is a desktop control centre for sending email through SMTP accounts you already own — your domain's mailboxes, Google Workspace, Zoho, an email service's SMTP relay, or your own mail server. It is not a hosted email service: your contacts, templates and passwords stay on your computer, and passwords are kept in the Windows credential store, not in plain files.
Instead of sending everything from one account until it hits a limit, you add several SMTP accounts and the app spreads the work between them, following the hourly and daily limits you set for each. A message that fails because of one account is retried on another; a recipient address that is rejected is not retried again and again.
How it works
- Add your SMTP accounts and test each one — the app checks DNS, the connection, TLS and login, and can send a test email.
- Import contacts from a CSV file; duplicates and invalid addresses are reported, extra columns become personalization fields.
- Write or pick templates — HTML, plain text or both — and use fields like {{first_name}} and {{company}}.
- Run a deliverability check on your domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) and your content before sending.
- Send with the threads, delay and per-SMTP limits you choose, and watch progress, opens, clicks and inbox placement live.
For permission-based email
The app is built for newsletters, customer updates and outreach to people who expect your email. It includes a suppression list and unsubscribe-header checks, and its deliverability guide recommends warming up new accounts slowly and staying within each provider's limits. You are responsible for following the anti-spam laws of your country and the rules of your email providers.
Features
Many SMTP accounts, tested properly
Add any number of SMTP accounts. Each test walks through DNS, connection, TLS / STARTTLS and login and tells you exactly which step fails. Passwords are kept in the Windows credential store.
SMTP rotation
Spread a send across accounts with round-robin, priority, weighted, random, least-recently-used or health-aware rotation. The least-used healthy SMTP is picked for each message.
Per-SMTP limits and health
Set a limit per send and per 24 hours, per-minute and per-hour caps and parallel connections. An account that keeps failing is cooled down; a wrong password is flagged straight away.
Queue that survives a restart
Every message is a saved job: pending, sending, sent, retrying or failed. Pause, resume, cancel or retry at any time — after a crash or restart, unfinished messages are picked up again.
Smart retries
Failures are sorted into connection, timeout, TLS, login, rate limit, rejected recipient and server errors. Temporary problems are retried with back-off, often on another SMTP; permanent ones are not.
Contacts from CSV, with personalization
Import CSV files with any column names; duplicates and invalid emails are counted and skipped. Every column can be used in the subject and body, like {{first_name}}.
Templates, rotation and attachments
Send HTML, plain text or both; rotate between templates every N emails; attach the template as a PDF or image; add extra files — the same on every email, random, or each file used once.
Open and click tracking on your own server
Ready-made tracking files for a free Cloudflare Worker or any PHP hosting. Links are signed so they cannot be misused, and security scanners are not counted as real clicks.
Inbox or spam check
Add seed mailboxes (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Zoho, AOL, GMX or any IMAP). A copy of each send goes to them and the app reports whether it landed in the Inbox, a Gmail tab or Spam.
Deliverability preflight
Checks your sending domain's SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and PTR records over real DNS, and your content for spam-trigger words, missing plain text, image-heavy mail and a missing unsubscribe header.
Suppression list
Addresses that unsubscribed or must not be emailed are kept on a suppression list and left out of every send.
Dashboard, logs and reports
Live queue numbers, success and failure rates, per-campaign and per-account statistics, a filterable delivery log, and CSV export of logs and reports.

Frequently asked questions
No. You connect SMTP accounts you already have — your domain's mailboxes, Google Workspace, Zoho, an SMTP relay service or your own server. The app manages and sends through them.
As many as you need. You choose which ones take part in each send and how many emails each one may send.
No software can promise that — inbox placement depends on your domain's SPF / DKIM / DMARC, your sending reputation, your content and whether people want your email. The app helps you check all of these and shows where test copies actually land.
No. Tracking runs on your own free Cloudflare Worker or your own PHP hosting, using the files the app creates for you. Nothing is sent to AutomatFlows.
Yes. It has been tested with 200,000 messages in the queue while the window stays responsive. The real limit is how much your SMTP accounts are allowed to send.
Yes. The Proxy Manager supports HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 proxies and tests each one.
No. It is meant for permission-based email. Sending unsolicited bulk email breaks the law in many countries and your email providers' terms, and will get your accounts blocked.
